Isabella Gady’s own story has many plot twists. For a long time in her life, she searched for meaning, frequently changing course, questioning, considering and making decisions. Certain experiences have really opened her eyes – sometimes it was individual people who proved to be key. She wanted to help others find their creative space and potential as well as guide them to a self-determined, self-designed life. So she trained to be a coach with “Leadership that Works”. Now, Isabella offers personal and professional coaching for individuals as well as groups, using a holistic and sustainable approach.
